Shipping Policy

FREE U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For customers within the USA, your painting will arrive stretched and ready to hang.

All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your purchase. Paintings valued at over $250.00 will be insured and require a signature upon delivery. If you prefer not to sign for your shipment, please inform me via email. Once your order has been shipped, I will provide you with a tracking number. If you have a specific delivery deadline, please contact me to discuss, and I will make every effort to accommodate your request.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders will be shipped unstretched and rolled in a tube for medium and large paintings.

Initially, international buyers will be charged the standard U.S. shipping and handling rate during checkout. However, the actual international shipping rate may be higher. After checkout, the final shipping rate will be determined based on your address. I will then email you a separate invoice for the additional international shipping charges, which must be paid before your order can be fulfilled. Alternatively, you can contact me directly with your address and postal code before making your purchase for a precise international shipping quote. I utilize UPS International or FedEx International for international shipments.

Please note that international shipments do not include charges for additional handling, VAT, duties, customs fees, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may need to be settled before delivery. It is advisable to consult your local post office for more details regarding these fees. All artwork will be shipped as registered and will require a signature upon delivery. If an international shipment is refused by the buyer or returned as undeliverable, I cannot offer a refund for the abandoned package. Any additional shipping charges required for its return will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please allow 5-7 business days before shipping for the process of varnishing, drying, and packaging your exquisite painting. For further information, please refer to the FAQs section.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I strive to ensure that every order, commission, and sale is handled with utmost care and transparency. It is essential to me that you are completely happy with your purchase. Please take the time to carefully read the descriptions and inspect the artwork's colors on multiple screens if you have concerns about color variations. Should you have any questions about the artwork's details, please reach out to me directly via the contact form. I am happy to provide additional photos and color swatches to help ensure the colors will complement your space. Additionally, if you would like to share a photo of the room or wall where the painting will be displayed, I can virtually place the artwork to give you a better idea of its appearance in your space. Due to the high value nature of original paintings - All original painting sales are final and there are no returns on these items.

DAMAGES

Upon receiving your painting, please inspect it promptly. Leaving the painting in its packaging for an extended period can result in damage. Paintings should be stored in an environment with temperatures ranging between 60-80 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal preservation. In the rare event of damage during transit, please notify me within 48 hours. Take a digital photo of both the damaged painting and its packaging and email them to hello@tarralu.com to initiate a discussion on resolution. If contact regarding any damage or defects is made outside of 48 hours of customer receipt of the package, I am unable to grant a replacement or refund.
