We're all made of layers.

The parts we show, the parts we hide, the pieces we're still uncovering.

This painting captures that quiet unraveling: a woman piecing herself together, layer by layer, until her truest self emerges. She's a mosaic of strength and softness, her form a dance of shapes and patterns that shift with every glance.

She's not one thing, but many. Bold yet tender, fragmented yet whole.

Working with acrylic and mixed media, I built each layer deliberately, letting her reveal herself through the process. The rich textures and vibrant color blocks create an energy that feels alive, like echoes of every version of herself that came before.

The composition rewards extended viewing. Details emerge and retreat depending on light and perspective, creating an ever-changing dialogue between viewer and subject.
